I have to admit I've never flipped a short sales but
this short video just blew my mind!

The guy who made it is a friend of mine, one of the most
genius and successful real estate investor I know.

Reason #1 - There Are Sooooo Many Deals

It is no secret there the foreclosure epidemic is
out of control so any strategy focusing here is smart.

Reason #2 - High Average Deal Profit

If you do know how to negotiate with banks (and
are willing to deal with the headaches) then the
average deal profit is very good.

Reason #3 - You Are HELPING Good People

Nothing beats saving a homeowner from foreclosure,
and at the same time making some big bucks yourself.

Reason #1 - Banking and Gov't Regulations

It is getting tougher and tougher to flip short sales
and in some cases regulation has made it impossible.

Reason #2 - Competition Can Be Tough

You are not the only person trying to do these deals
in your market, that is why Cody's new strategy is so

Reason #3 - Way Too Many Deals Fall Through
