I met this investor who is doing deals (lots of them) totally backwards…

but it’s working extremely well! (weird)

This “reverse investing” method of his allowed him to do 211 deals last year. 

He did 23 last month (February).

He did those 211 deals without using any of his own money

whatsoever… without using any credit (or banks)…

and most of his deals are closed within 3 to 7 business days

(all of them for cash).

In fact, he never, ever spends one minute of his time even finding a deal…

until he has a cash buyer lined up who has already agreed to write him a check

for the deal.
