Morning, I just thought I'd drop a line and share this interesting story with you.
My daughters have dance competition this weekend and we're staying at a resort in Fountain Hills AZ for the weekend. Most of the families are staying here because the kids start so early and it's a kinda of fun "staycation" if you will.
We'll I was talking to one of the other dads yesterday and he was sharing his frustration with his JOB.
Here's his profile:
He's 48, lives in a very nice house, makes roughy $150K a year and has two kids in high school. His wife works full time as well. He has the typical upper management corporate J.O.B.
Here's how part of the conversation went:

The Dad: "I've slept maybe 2 hours a night for the past 3 months"
Me: Why? What's going on?
The Dad: "I'm SO stressed out with the "politics" of work it's really, really waring me out"
Me: "Explain…"
The Dad: "I just don't know where I stand with my company, you see my employees know exactly where they stand with me. If they do good I let them know. If they screw up I let them know and give them a plan to become better. Now my bosses, it's not like that. It's this political click where you always have to "play the game".
Me: "What game are you talking about?"
The Dad: "The kiss a** game. Ya know, where you're putting on this false persona just to blend in with the "boys". I hate playing these stupid games, but if you don't you're in jeopardy of be deemed and "outsider" and you'll slowly get axed. I'm so sick of this, I want out…"

Now for some of you this really hits home or some of you are on the path way to becoming this in a handful of years.
Whichever path your on it doesn't matter because the majority of employed Americans are dissatisfied with their jobs.
I told him to watch the webinar reply and explained that this was his "way out" of the rat race.
