Not knowing where to start...

Jared left a comment yesterday on the Flip2Freedom.com website stating his biggest frustration in real estate is: "Not knowing where to start" He's attended webinar after webinar, read books and now has "analysis paralysis" and is completely overwhelmed and is stuck.

Sound familiar??

Listen, I get it. I felt the same way myself and there's only one real solution.

Step #1: Find ONE person you resonate with and model what they do. A very successful person once told me that I need to find someone that has what I want and I need to do what they do and I'll get what they got. (notice how I have "ONE" person capitalized)

Step #2: Pick one "mission" a day and DO that mission at all costs. This one mission is like carrying away one stone at a time. Mission examples: getting a mail list, sending out your first batch of yellow letters, networking with buyers, setting up a PPC campaign. All these exact steps are in my book. Pick ONE mission and DO it TODAY.

Step #3: Never Ever, Ever, Ever GIVE UP!!! Greatness is achieved by persisting when others give up. You wanna be great? Don't give up.

You see the action you take solves all problems, the path unfolds and fog of uncertainty clears. I promise if you do this and focus on ONE mission a day before you know it you'll have moved a mountain. My book is a blueprint, but I can't build it for you. You've got to do it for YOU and your family.
